General condition: students are supposed to have good and excellent marks in their bachelor's or master's diplomas (depending on the desired level of education)
Fees and payments
Tuition fee: free (full scholarship)
Accommodation: free (full scholarship)
Living expesnes and food: student has to pay by himself. Approx USD1800 per year.
Air tickets to Saint Petersburg: student has to buy on his own.
Medical check up and health insuarance: student has to buy on his own. Approx USD150 a year.
Registration fee: USD250. To be paid after application approved.
Admission fee: USD700. To be paid after invitation is ready.
Service fee: USD800. To be paid after invitation is ready.

We will analyze your docs within several business days and provide you a reply if you meet the requirements to get a scholarship
If you are granted with scholarship you will need to sign the contract, pay necessary fees, get invitation and apply for study visa.
